Frequently Asked Questions

• What is the minimum order requirement?
  The minimum order requirement for your first order is ?45.
  Once you have spent ?200 or placed at least 3 orders of ?45 or more you can apply to have your minimum order requirement reduced.
  Once you have placed at least 10 individual orders with us, or spent over ?1000 you can apply to have your minimum order requirement removed completely!

• Is there VAT to pay on top of the price I see?
  No, our annual turnover does not currently reach the threshold that would require us to charge you VAT.  Therefore all prices shown on the website are the price you will pay, no VAT will be added.

• How do you keep your prices so low?
  We purchase items in large bulk lots, this enables us to purchase many items at lower prices than average. We also purchase other companies 'overstock' which means items available may vary from month to month.
  We also keep costs down by avoiding spending money on expensive extras such as printed catalogues.

• How can I get a printed catalogue?
  We do not supply printed catalogues, they are expensive and would be almost impossible to keep up to date due to our constantly updating product ranges!  If you would like to print your own current catalogue you can do so from here.

• What are your products made from?
  The majority of our products are made from 316L surgical grade stainless steel, however we do also stock a small selection of titanium and acrylic products. All materials conform to the EU nickel directive and are suitable for use in healed piercings.
  Some products have accessories or dangles which do not pass through the piercing.  These components may be made from other materials.

• Do you offer any guarantee with your products?
  We guarantee that all products will reach you in perfect condition.  If you receive a product which is not in perfect condition please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange either a replacement or a credit.
  If you have ordered over ?200 of jewellery and require an extended period in order to check that all of the jewellery ordered is perfect and correct please request this at the time you place your order.
  If we do not hear from you within the specified time it will be assumed that your order is all present and correct.

• Can I return any unwanted items?
  No.  This site allows you to pick and choose the items you wish to order and therefore you may not return any unwanted items. 

• How can I make payment?
  We accept most major credit and debit card payments via Worldpay secure server. We also accept Nochex from UK customers as well as pounds sterling bank transfer, cheque or Postal orders and of course cash (sent securely).

• I am an international customer, how can I make payment?
  Many international customers can make payment in the normal way with a credit or debit card via worldpay.  However we do not accept credit card payments from certain high risk countries.  If you live in a high risk country you may make payment by bank transfer or international money order.

• Do you Accept Paypal?
  We can only accept a Paypal payment if it eligible for the seller protection policy.  As we cannot establish eligibility until the payment is received we will reserve the right to refund any ineligible payments and request an alternative method.  Paypal is more expensive than other services and therefore carries a 3% surcharge, other credit/debit card payment facilities are available if you wish to avoid this charge.

• How will my items be shipped?
  UK orders will be shipped with Royal Mail special delivery for delivery before 9am or 1pm depending on which service you choose.
  International orders are shipped with Royal Mail International Signed For service.  All orders will require a signature on delivery.

• When will my order be shipped and how long will it take to be delivered?
  Almost all orders are ready for shipping within 48 hours Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). 
  UK special delivery items will be delivered on the next working day after the order is shipped.
  International delivery items are dispatched on the first available flight and depending on the destination should arrive with approx 3-5 working days after shipping.

• An item is out of stock, can I put it on backorder?
  Unfortunately we do not know if or when a product will become available again.  Sometimes products are available for us to order just not at 'overstock' prices so if you are desperate for a particular item please contact me and I will see what I can do.

• An item is out of stock, when will it be back?
  Unfortunately I do not usually know. I purchase many items in mixed packs and I can never guarantee which items I will receive in the next order. Please feel free to email about a particular item and I will do my best to help.

• Will you price match?
  Certainly, please send us full details of where any product is sold elsewhere at a lower price and we will bring the cost of our product down to match it.
  Please note that products must be sold at a regular fixed price.  We cannot consider auction prices or 'one off' sales prices. Ebay 'buy now' items are accepted for price matches.  Price match will include any tax or shipping costs.
