This Stainless Steel nose bone is extremely easy to insert and very comfortable to wear (I actually wear one myself).

The stem is straight, but the stud stays in place because of a small bobble on the end. The bobble is small enough to push through the piecing, but just large enough to stop the stud falling out by itself.
